It would seem that the number of albums bought for Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter IV" has certified the album has a success although not everyone has been satisfied with the album's rhythms and the work with fruity loops. Although it's a good thing that Wayne was able to find success even after serving time in prison, the album seems to have been more of an automatic purchase for most of Wayne's fans instead of doing anything significant to widen his fan base or the number of people buying his albums and becoming new fans for future record releases.
