In a case that has interested the nation, a reclusive heiress in New York City who had not been out of her residence for several years has been the subject of a bitter battle over her millions since her death not too long ago. There has been a lot of wrangling over her assets by people like her nurse and caretaker, the heiress’s tax attorney and her accountant. So far a judge has found that there was some fraud perpetrated by the attorney and the accountant and has banned them from being able to deal with the estate.
